This newly opened hotel near Spokane International Airport boasts ultra-modern, clean rooms and a highly praised on-site restaurant. Guests consistently commend the friendly and accommodating staff, particularly highlighting bartenders. However, some visitors report noise issues faintly audible through the walls and inconsistent in-room amenities.
Whole staff was friendly, but especially the bartender. She was phenomenal, remembered drink orders for 6+ of us after only one night. Accommodated us as a hockey team in town for the weekend. 10/10 hotel. 100/10 bartender.
From the moment you walk in, you felt at ease and relaxed. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. The rooms were amazing. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Anytime I am in Spokane I will stay here. I know I will have a clean room and I will be made welcomed by the staff. Thank you for a relaxing weekend
Perfect location for an overnight stay about 10 min from airport. Chelsea, the front desk associate, was so friendly and helpful! The room was great & down pillows! Loved. Will stay again if I'm in the area.
Very Clean. Rooms were nice, seems like everything was new. Staff was super friendly. We stayed here in Christmas Eve and the Restaurant was closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Unfortunately, we pre-paid for breakfast. They gave us credit to use on snacks. We stocked up on snacks for our flights.
The hotel itself is very nice, amazing showers, clean fitness center, beds are quite comfortable. The real reasons to stay here though are the people and the food. The staff is lovely. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent conversation. The food is also truly fantastic. Everything I've had is worthy of top marks, and the French Toast is the reason why I make it a point to stay here when I pass through, and I do so on a decently regular basis.
This is a new hotel close to the Spokane International Airport. The staff was cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and affordable. The little restaurant and bar were nice and convenient for a light dinner. We were able to get hotel transportation to the airport at 3:30 AM to catch a 5 AM flight. Highly recommend staying here. We will stay again.
This is a new hotel, i love it! Loved our room. DAZ and TODD were great!! Thank you both so much. We requested sheets to change ourselves since housekeeping wasn't provided each day as well as we wanted to purchase food and drink from the market with cash but Crystal and the chick at the restaurant was not helpful at all hence the 4 stars. To be honest, they both need customer service training. Todd did ultimately grab the sheets for us. Despite that, it was a very comfy stay and would stay here again.
Forgive the long review, but I appreciate reading detailed reviews, so thought someone might find value here, so here we go! I wanted to give this hotel a 5-star rating badly, but took a star away for the following you’ll read... Most everything was wonderful except a few things I hope will be corrected by my next visit. Here were my top things I noticed: • Super friendly and accommodating staff!! Went above and beyond to welcome me and make sure I had all I needed. Sarai was PHENOMENAL!!!! • Very stylist hotel and very clean! • Convidently close to restaurants, 6 minutes away from Starbucks, 3 minutes from Dennys, and close to the freeway!! • It was convenient that there was a restaurant in the hotel serving breakfast and dinner, but it was very overpriced, considering their BLTA was not good. I made myself eat it as it was expensive. The chocolate chip cookie dessert and sweet potato fries were good, though!! Waitress, Jenn, was wonderful!! • I deeply wish that they could offered conpletmentary breakfast items, especially for guests that need to leave before 6:30am! I was able to order Doordash to my hotel room at 6am, for breakfast, so that worked. •The room was clean and styled nicely and smelled amazing! Be careful of corners of bed frames, as they are sharp, and if you're not careful, you'll hit your leg on it, leaving a bruise (like I did)!! Beds were pretty stiff to sleep on, blankets were waffle blankets and felt uncomfortable, and the room lacked adequate lighting once the sun went down. It was still very nice! • An employee was VACUUMING at 8pm at night, when I was trying to sleep, banging up against my door with the vacuum. This same employee was vaccuming downstairs when I was eating dinner... very irritating for guests to hear vaccuming nonstop during their visit! I hope this doesn't happen again! • If quiet hours aren't in place already, they need to implement them, starting at 8pm, as a lot of people sleep early. If they do, they need to inforce the hours, as I heard quite a lot of yelling from other guests, which was all very irritating at night. Depite the list of negatives, I really liked this hotel and it was a good stay and I plan to stay again!!!
Breakfast was great. The portions were generous and the food was great. Liz was very attentive and made sure that our coffee was always full and we had everything we needed. Compliments to the chef for their prompt service and for kindly and accurately accommodating our dietary restrictions. We will certainly dine again the next time we are in town.
Loved this hotel, my son and I were finishing a cross country trip and needed a good nights rest before heading home to Olympia, WA. We did not make a reservation, but the customer service was divine, we stayed the night June 7. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, conveniently right there in the lobby, and we also enjoyed a very delicious beverage. The room was clean, and yes I check everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. I didn’t hear any aircraft, even though you could see the airport from the parking lot. I highly recommend this establishment!
