The Spokane Club consistently receives positive feedback for its historic building, convenient downtown location, and impressive amenities, including a gym, pool, and restaurant. However, recent reviews highlight significant concerns regarding safety and cleanliness, particularly in the surrounding neighborhood and within some rooms, alongside frustrating issues with parking and unresponsive staff.

I’m a member here and have been meaning to leave this review for some time! Special shout out to Ann Marie. She is so welcoming and friendly! Hospitality can be a hard industry to find good people and she is just wonderful. Additionally, the club is consistent, has a great gym and I’ve also heard nice things about their childcare services. Great option if you’re looking for an all inclusive gym membership!

I booked this room last minute not knowing what to expect, I was amazing at the facilities we had access to. The most beautiful gym, pool, basketball court. Incredible restaurant. We had the best time! We will be back

If you want to be surrounded by homeless begging for money and people doing drugs right on the sidewalk than this is place for you. Unfortunately the guest parking is almost a block away from the front door which you can't even see from the parking garage, which is not secured by anything but a security arm which you can just walk around. Also if you have a concern for your own personal safety, this hotel will not give you a refund "they stick to their policy". I came in from out of town for an overnight inventory, which means I get off at 230am. I arrived around 4pm, Christian who worked the front desk was amazing!! 10/10 for this employee. I went to my room, hoping to catch a few zzs before my shift. Went to my room, it was extremely warm, but no big deal. However, this location is extremely dated, so everything is on the older side, but I turned on the fan system. Not much different. But no big deal. However. It was a windy day and the window obviously needs to be re'sealed causing a whistling noise, sounded like a tornado going on. But it was literally just a light wind.....ok fine.....if thats what it is than it is. However, went i went to park my car almost an entire block away I was surrounded by people doing drugs right on the street and homeless people begging for money. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable. Within 15 minutes I made the decision I didn't feel safe as I knew when I came back at like 230am-3am, it would be dark and who knows what i was going to deal with! As it was already scary at 4pm. I decided to check out. Christian at the front desk was really great. I explained i didn't feel safe because of the time I would be coming back from work. He said no problem, but you will need to contact your 3rd party booking about getting a refund as this was paid for by my company and they use a 3rd party service. I said no problem and thank you for all your help. I contacted my travel company they said, they would have to check with their manager and than the manager of the hotel. The representative said they may be a fee i would need to pay, but he didn't think it would be a problem...... oh apparently was a problem, the representative called back as it took the manager over 30 minutes to speak to my representative just to say "The will be sticking to their policy and will not be giving a refund" when i asked what was their reason the representative said "they sent you an email in regards to the parking accommodations" I responded I absolutely did read thst email, however no where did it say I was going to walk around people doing drugs just to there to the front door. I would understand if I had checked in for a few hours, messed the room up, took part in their amenities, but I didn't.....I was there for 15 minutes or less and decided my personal safety was at stake so I left. Fine, you can keep my $129, I hope you consider adding into your email.....the truth of what your customers are actually going go have to deal with while staying at your location. Good on you for sticking to your policy. Its a sad day when "someones personal safety is of no concern or consequence to you and your location".

Well, we purchased our room through southwest as a recommended property. The staff was great, as was the location to downtown Spokane. However, the only updating was most likely the software for the front desk. Heading into the property we had to ring in through the first set of double doors. For a good reason too. First impression is this is a boutique hotel and very old. Smells old, because it is. The carpets were thick and covered the uneven floors well. We were on the third floor and had a decent view. In our room was another story, had a large flat-screen tv, with impossible controls and zero instructions. It takes 2 remote controls to operate the tv. We had to call the front desk to have someone to simply put it on local TV. PITA if you know what I mean. We booked two nights stay. But left the following morning. The beds are thrashed and most likely leftover from expo 74. The beds are worn out. Definite swails in the bed with the springs identifiable as done a long time ago. We were offered another room, but upon inspection, had the same issues of worn out beds. It was impossible to sleep on, and in no way should have been rented for premium dollar. IWhen we left in the morning, the neighborhood was littered with homeless folks trying to survive feet from the hotel and most likely the reason for the security doors. If I was the management, I would use my review to make a deal with the local mattress manufacturer for new beds. I do not recommend the Spokane club for staying the night.

It just needs a closer and rebrand of a different entity. Mold in the caulking in the showers, frequently unstocked in the restrooms, restaurant service (if you get any) is a 1 star. I’m sure this use to be the place but you can find a lot better places out there to spend 400$ a month for a family. If it were 150$, it may make sense.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Brianna is truly an exceptional human being. She brings a calm and cool vibe about her, while also being very professional in the process. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. She went above and beyond for us to ensure our comfortability during our stay! So thank you Brianna! The rooms are lovely, clean, with working AC. Would definitely go back.

Great location for hoopfest! Place is great. Had a one queen room. Separate parking garage down the street which costs $14 per day but very secure. Close to downtown shopping, food, and entertainment.
