Guests report highly inconsistent experiences at this property, oscillating between fantastic service and cleanliness issues. While many praise the location and friendly help from staff like Nathan and Sadie, recent reviews highlight significant problems with room condition, unresponsive housekeeping, and maintenance.
Not my favorite Best western. Probably won’t choose again. Old, not super clean. There was a giant wad of hair in the ice bucket that my husband found when he was planning to go get ice. definitely changed his mind ?. Most best westerns I’ve stayed in have an ok fitness room with a peloton. This one was pretty plain. No Peloton. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. We were here for a club volleyball tournament.
Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Only downside is the know for the hot tub jets kept disappearing during our stay.

Genuinely a horrid hotel - If you are servicing your Tesla - this may look convenient . Absolutely Don't do it to yourself. There seems to be extreme anti - Elon Bias here or some underlying hostility. I had banging noises on the roof of 3 different rooms and cleaners packing items out side my door snickering and laughing. Head to the Davenport or find another location. Front desk is the worst part , but in addition, the toilets don't work, there is extremely loud noise throughout the stay and 0 noise insulation. The worst part is the front desk and maintenance/ housekeepers however. They will disrespectfully pile laundry and vacuums directly outside your door while snickering audibly laughing. The more I think about this stay the more angry I become, so I will likely continue to update review. Uncertain if anti- Elon Bias.... But expect completely fabricated stories as well. This ultimately led to a SWATTING incident about half a mile away at Les Schwab while I had my vehicle aligned during a follow up to my original appointment at Tesla . I was accused of staying at the hotel because of some member of the Best Western cleaning staff ??? Likely the same one piling laundry and vacuums outside of my room. Absolute mental illness within the staff, within a loud hotel where nothing works or operates properly. Get a loaner car to take to the Davenport or Uber to the Davenport Grand! Again if you are one of the many people visiting from Montana or Idaho to service their Tesla - get a loaner car or Uber and Stay at the Davenport Grand or Couer d' Alene resort 20 miles the other way.

Rather than to service my Tesla across the street ( again the only Tesla dealer in 150 miles and the entire reason I was in Spokane , WA). Great hotel! Very clean, easy to find, decent breakfast, and nice staff. WiFi worked great for getting work done. No issues with parking. Recommend!
My family and I had to stay here while our house was getting emergency repairs done, and it was by far the most incredible Best Western stay I think I've ever had! They upgraded my room to a family suite for me and my family, and they have some of the best breakfast and amenities that I've seen! I've stayed at countless Best Westerns but this is by far the best! Nathan, in particular, was incredible with his service! He really made things easy and answered any of our questions!
Overall this hotel needs a lot of serious cleaning and maintenance. The staff are nice but the rooms have little to be desired. Carpet was very, very dirty with large stains, and the sheets are old and thin. Please do not stay here, if you like some kind of cleanliness. Beware: There is NO soap to wash with at the sinks.
Like most hotels, this one has its good and its bad. I usually don't write reviews unless its really good or really bad. This wasn't really either, but I'm compelled to write a review as this is possibly the strangest hotel stay I've ever had. We had a 4 day stay while waiting for our Airbnb to be ready. For 3 of those days we felt like we were in a childish war with housekeeping. When you stay multiple days, they don't come in daily to make up the room unless you ask them to. We didn't need the rooms cleaned, but did expect them to take the garbage out if we took it to the hallway. So when they were doing the rooms beside and across from us, we took our garbage out. They saw us do it, but that garbage is still sitting in the hall at 11pm the night before check out. This feels like the last stand as we leave tomorrow morning. But as of now, I fully expect that garbage to still be there when we leave. (Surprise! Garbage was gone by 7am but we've learned it was a maintenance person, not housekeeping that finally took it) How did the war start? Thats a great question. It seems to have started when we encountered a large group of the housekeeping staff at the elevator on day 1. We were waiting for the slowest elevator I've ever had the misfortune of depending on. As we waited, we heard what sounded like a party. The noise got louder as the elevator got closer. Assuming it was some rowdy guests we were surprised when the door opened to the housekeeping staff, who immediately got quiet and rushed away. On day 2, I was coming into the building and saw 2 housekeeping staff getting on the ever so slow elevator. Not wanting to have to wait until it made its way back to me, I rushed to get into the elevator. As I did, one of the women said, yes come in! Then as soon as the doors closed, they started speaking to each other in a different language. Then the giggling from both and a smirk from the woman that never spoke English to me became obvious. She was looking right at me. I believe I'm a reasonable person, I know they had little to no reason to be talking about me, but if they weren't they certainly gave an excellent impression that they were.
This was a great hotel for a family because you can get a room with a small room addition with a queen bed for the kids. I wouldn’t quite call it a sweet, but it was perfect for separation from the kids without having to get an entire other room. Their breakfast is fantastic for what it is. The only downside on service is you have to specifically ask the front desk for a room refresh, regardless of how long you are staying there or they won’t do it.
It was a nice welcome for us to find this place on our journey. I know Best Western is decent. Now BW PLUS is much better. Not just a name. The nice amenities included a full breakfast bar for the morning time, coffee, tea, cocoa whenever you'd like. Sadly, the pool and hot tub are closed into the unforseen future. That was a let down, but it sounds like they've had a hassle of a time with the repairs. Not really their fault. It better be up and running our next time through. I will update my review when it is.
