We booked this Marriott hotel because we had an early morning flight and simply needed a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the stay turned into a stressful two-hour ordeal in the middle of the night. After showering, the power completely went out in our room. The room was pitch dark, and the front desk staff did not know how to resolve the issue or where the circuit breaker was located. After several failed attempts to restore power, we were moved to another room. The problem was that we had already unpacked, and the hotel did not even have a flashlight available. We had to use our phone lights to pack and move our belongings ourselves in the dark. By the time everything was resolved, we had only about three hours left before getting up for our flight. We later requested a refund, but the hotel declined and instead referenced the 1,500 Marriott Bonvoy points added to our account. As a Bonvoy member, I expected a more reasonable response for a stay where we barely slept. Especially disappointing since we regularly need airport-area hotels several times a year and had hoped to return to this property.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Fairfield by Marriott nearby the Spokane International Airport. It was my first time staying there and will come back at this location in the near future. Room is very clean, quiet, ? spacious and it has a fridge and a microwave. In the morning the hot breakfast buffet is available and a complimentary shuttle service to Spokane International Airport. The front desk team is very professional, helpful to any questions in general and very pleasant while assisting all their customers. Thank you for all you do.

Great location. Rooms are good. Staff friendly. Though limited in count, good EV charging on-site. Admittedly haven’t stayed for more than a quick night before an early flight, would stay again.

- The service was excellent. - The conditioner bottle was empty. - The hair dryer was terrible. It made a very loud noise but barely produced any airflow, so it took forever to dry my hair. I’d recommend bringing your own. - I expected better since it’s part of the Marriott brand, but unfortunately it didn’t feel worth the price.

Rating: ????? Excellent experience at this Marriott location. The facility is well-maintained and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I want to specifically recognize Ani and Beth for their outstanding professionalism and customer service. They truly represent the brand well. Great choice for anyone traveling through Spokane Valley.

Unfortunately l had 2 cancel my Room that l had booked. Had been waiting weeks 4my Passport/Visa 2 the USA. Think the US Consulate Melbourne Australia was just Snowed in.. Over Worked. So looking 4ward 2 rebooking this coming week as my Passport arrives this Monday. Phew . The Staff were extremely understanding which is a Gr8 Sign that u r dealing with very nice folk . Newly renovated. Very clean and comfortable room. There’s grab and go food and coffee in the lobby if you have an early flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The GEG terminal and rental car counters are walking distance. I recommend.

Very nice stay in a recently updated hotel by the Spokane airport. Staff was nice. Room was clean, especially the bed linens and bathroom. Decor was nice and fresh-feeling, and not that sad brown like in other hotels. Bath products were divine smelling, but not too strong. The fresh botanical scent after a shower helped with sleeping, as did the comfy bed. Breakfast lady hustled to make everything nice: oatmeal, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, fruit - and coffee was very good. Don't normally leave reviews with this high a rating. Let's hope this hotel keeps things nice. Well done so far!

We had to stay the night here because of a Southwest flight being canceled and making us arrive more than 12 hours late. We arrived after midnight and needed a room to get some sleep before having to drive 2 more hours to our destination for a funeral in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to get us into a room for the night. We were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast before needing to head out. Room was clean and quiet even with being within walking distance from the airport terminal.

We stayed one night at the Fairfield Inn and Suites at the Spokane Airport because we arrived so late and our destination was about an hour away. Gavin did a nice job greeting us and checking us in. The hotel and grounds were very clean and well presented. Our room was very clean and comfortable...especially the bed. The breakfast area, tended by Ruth, was nice and very clean. Good place to stay. We're Marriott Titanium loyalty members and there is a reason for that...we can always count on the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and property and feeling safe and secure inside the hotel. What more could one ask for?
