The Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Airport consistently receives positive feedback, particularly regarding its convenient location near the airport and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, and helpful service, particularly during early morning flights. While some facilities may need updates, the overall experience is described as pleasant and reliable.
Had a wonderful stay here at a conteference hosted here. Very comfortable rooms, beds etc. Peaceful, quiet, enjoyable grounds with fire pits. The pool(s) and water slide were a great surprise. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good, felt homemade.
Valerie was super friendly and attentive. I got in very late and called to see if the shuttle was still running, and Valerie informed me she was going to send someone to pick me up directly outside of baggage claim. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes before someone was there to give me a ride over to the hotel. She ensured a smooth check-in and was very polite and professional the entire time. The rooms are fairly clean and comfortable offering quite a bit of space. There was a fairly large TV, a couch, a working mini fridge and coffee maker, and all the toiletries you might need for a short stay. All in all, this was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to stay here again if I travel back to this area.
What a great spot to fly in to. Shuttle bus picked our family up at 930pm. Rooms are clean and comfy. There’s so much to take in and enjoy as the perfect great northwest experience. Fire pits outside, with areas to lounge in, or throw the ball with your kids. Worth a 2-day minimum booking stay. One day just won’t do it. Ramada by Wyndham next to GEG airport is amazing. Check em out and book your stay. You won’t regret it.
We have stayed here many times. Have never been disappointed. Straight across the road from the airport. Easy access. It is the perfect go-to for late/early flights. Clean, friendly, great breakfast.
I booked a one night on a Tuesday with a third party company called Brek. I would definitely not recommend that. However I spoke with two different employees Kayden and another k name. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very busy at check-in but the front desk gal was lovely. It was flawless uncomplicated check in, great price. I'm a house cleaner so I always get nervous checking into hotel rooms but I was so incredibly impressed. Everything is very clean. So clean that I might not use my own bedding that I bring with. Bathroom well stocked mirrors streak free no yuck on the carpet. Walking through the hotel it could use some little updates but it's very clean. The bar / restaurant was hopping with activity. Very attentive service by Gilbert. The food was delicious. If ever I had the need for a stay in or near Spokane Id definitely book here again.
Booking in went smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a kittie with us and we were helped getting her into the room and with our luggage. Room was clean and nice decor. Furniture was nice with 2 comfortable chairs. Comfortable bed. Nice shower with hand rail. Appropriate toiletries handy. Sink and nice mirror outside toilet area. It was nice to eat supper at our hotel after a long drive. A really great breakfast of everything in a lovely big room with big windows. Coffee was also good. Staff were great in all areas. We will stay here again.
With a 5am flight and a need for parking for a week this was a nice option. When I arrived the staff who greeted me was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I felt so welcomed and relaxed. It’s nice to have a restaurant on site too. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the proximity to my airline was easy to walk to although they do provide a shuttle. I’m glad I was warned it’s busy at 3:30am so I could plan ahead. And BONUS they provide a “grab and go” snack as the breakfast isn’t open that early. My expectations were exceeded. Thank you for a delightful experience
The Front Desk Manager, Kaelynn and other staff were very helpful and kind. The food we ordered from Remington's was pretty decent as well despite some of the menu items not being available. However, the facilities had a lot left to be desired. There was no signage as to the whereabouts for the pool, we had to ask a facilities person. The pool was half closed down, with the slide closed off and the kid's pool completely drained and it was really quite dark in there. It was after 5pm when we checked it out so maybe it's usually brighter with natural lighting. Remington's itself was closed down completely as the lights were off despite information noting that it was within operating hours. It was also advertised to have a 'Free Breakfast', however, there was no information on this and I only found out after overhearing the morning front desk person tell another customer, which, it turns out, starts at 7am, despite breakfast service supposedly starting at 6am according to the Remington's hours of operation and it advertising a complimentary breakfast (Remington's was completely dark still when I was up around 6:15am). There was very little sound dampening as we could hear conversations and people walking out in the hall and between 9pm and 11pm at about 15 minute intervals I could hear what sounded like heavy footsteps on stairs despite not being anywhere near stairs. I think things would be somewhat improved if the rooms came with any kind of information about the hotel and it's services and may help the front desk workers not have to field so many phone calls from rooms when there's a rush of people in the lobby attempting to check in. Overall, kind of disappointing. It's an OK place to stay overnight, in a pinch, and the staff seemed nice but don't expect everything to be as advertised.
