The Quality Inn Oakwood generally receives positive reviews, highlighting cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. While some recent stays have been marred by issues such as construction noise, malfunctioning amenities (like showers and the hot tub), and communication problems, the majority of guests appreciate the convenience of the location, the value for money, and the overall pleasant experience.
I stayed there to go to the Journey concert with my sister. We stayed in the Evergreen suite. It was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was one of the fanciest hotel room I have. ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. They even took the time to take a picture if us infront of the fireplace. It was a sister trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Building was getting remodeled but that did not bother us a bit. We will definitely stay again.
Clean with nice amenities, breakfast was delicious, nice pool facility, so I was disappointed when our shower didn’t spit out hot water. Told them about it before we left for the afternoon and they said they’d send someone up to fix it. It still didn’t work when we came back. On top of that, the fire alarm went off at 8am the next morning, which is what it is. The worst part of it is the horrible communication. Rushed my baby out of the crib, threw on clothes, and followed the evac plan. There was never any communication regarding the fact it was a false alarm. No one came to tell us it was okay to re enter. The rest of the guests had to just assume that it was okay to reenter after the alarm stopped. Unbelievably poorly handled. Did not feel safe in the hands of staff, especially had it been a real fire. Walked the perimeter of the building before reentering. Firetrucks had left and no staff in sight. Upsetting considering it could have been a pleasant stay otherwise. Not an experience worth my money.
I wouldve rated my two night stay a 5 Had it not been for the second night The hotel is not full However because i brought i pet I was required to stay the second night inside the construction area. I hadnt planned to stay a second night but came back and did....after the ease and comfort of the 1st night They knew i had my dog then But still housed me....away from construction On the 2nd floor. So I came back. My mistake It wont happen again AND JUST BECAUSE WE BOOK THROIGH A 3RD PARTY IT DOESNT MEAN YOU CANT PROVIDE A RECEIPT FOR THE STAY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. stay anywhere else for the same if not cheaper rate.
In town for a Hockey Tournament and the Location, Cost and Service were great. We used the Quality Inn Oakwood for our base. Close to Eagles Ice Arena and easy to get to. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby for everyone tastes. Marijane at the front desk was on duty in the evening. Our kids were able to quietly stay together off the lobby prior to bed. There was an issue with an unrelated to us guest that she handled so well and took the appropriate steps to calm the guests that they had been bothering. We were on the first floor, our room was clean and everything looked new. They are doing some remodeling but experienced no noise from that and the property looked great. Parking might be the only minor draw back as it can get full. There was always space but might have to go around the building. The breakfast was good and our team ate like champs. There was an attendant keeping it stocked. Pool was warm and clean and hot tub was great for adults. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and would stay here again without reservation, but make reservations for your stay.
The breakfast is wonderful and we really enjoyed all the options. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Other than that, our stay was very frustrating. It is one thing to know that the property is under construction; it’s another to have people throwing debris from the 2nd floor into a dumpster right outside your room. They started at 8:00 am and went all day. We also were not able to access WiFi in our room during our 3-day stay, which was incredibly inconvenient given I needed to work remotely. We chose this hotel because it’s easy to walk to stores and restaurants. We didn’t anticipate so many challenges when being in our room.
Beds are super comfy, rooms are not so small that you feel cramped... The pool was great ,I love that it's open 24hrs a day .. the breakfast is wonderful, lots of choices hot and very flavorful... The staff was very wonderful very nice. I will definitely be back....
Quality Inn Oakwood hosted my dad while his apartment was being treated, and the staff could not have been more kind. He’s elderly and disabled, and the team went out of their way to be accommodating, kind words, real empathy, and quick help whenever we asked. It never felt transactional; it felt like they were looking out for him. The hotel itself is extremely clean and clearly well cared for. His room was fresh and quiet, and there were plenty of amenities and thoughtful extras that made the stay easy and comfortable. I’ve stayed at high-end properties that didn’t match this level of service. If you need a spotless, comfortable hotel with exceptional people, choose this one. We are very grateful for the care they showed my dad. Easy five stars.
Pleasantly surprised by this Quality Inn location. Was very clean, service was friendly, and despite being right off Division, the rooms were quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and it looks like they are undertaking a modernization project to renew the property. Breakfast was very good. I didn't use the pool or spa, but they looked to be in great shape and are open 24/7. EV charging on the property was a huge bonus (please install more). Lots of good dining nearby for dinner, lunch, etc. I'll be traveling to Spokane routinely over the next few months, and this location will be a top pick.
I had a great stay at the Quality Inn Oakwood on Division. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The location is convenient, and the pool and fitness center were nice extras. Overall, it’s a great value and I’d definitely stay here again!
I've stayed here twice with my three littles, they absolutely love the 24 hour pool! Great staff, rooms and breakfast! Highly recommend. We live close to the hotel but it's a great getaway with littles for the price!
