Incredible staff and attention to detail in every way! My son left his AirPods in his room after checking out during a week long stay and the staff and security worked long and hard until they were recovered several days later. Thank you for your outstanding customer service! We absolutely love this beautiful historic property.

Came to Spokane for a wedding and was delighted to stay with family at the iconic Davenport Hotel. The hotel's downtown location bodes well for easy access to the river walk, area restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. However, the best meals and coffee I enjoyed in Spokane were at the Davenport. Rooms are comfortable nicely appointed. Valet service is exceptional and reasonably priced. Our only disappointment was with housekeeping, however once we checking with the front desk staff they offered a generous adjustment to our bill which compensated for the oversight. This historic property feels like stepping back in time while enjoying today's luxuries. Highly recommend!

What can I say other then WOW!! This place is BEAUTIFUL!! The rooms all have that old new feeling to them. The bed in our room was amazing!! Service was top notch! Starting here is like stepping into history with all the amazing architecture and atmosphere. The only thing I would say negative is it being in downtown spokane. It can be a little rough at night. However, if you ever get a chance to stay here, DO IT!!

First trip to Spokane and stayed here for work. They hotel lobby is outstanding with so many cool architecture features. Even the lobby bar (Peacock Room) had an amazing stain glass ceiling. The rooms themselves were nice, but you must keep in mind that this is a historic hotel. Meaning, they are well kept but still have signs of the hotels age. Overall, I will stay here again if my travels take me back to Spokane.

I moved out of Spokane during the renovation, so this was a treat to return to see this gorgeous lady after her makeover! Absolutely beautiful ? I highly recommend having brunch before leaving, the crab benedict was definitely the best I have had! Thank you for making my family brunch a special occasion.

Well I didn't stay in a room so that rating is what it should be based on the lobby/lounge/ bar lol. My son in law thought it would be a nice place to have a cocktail. He and my daughter had been there for a Fever, Candlelight production. He was right. This historic hotel is just beautiful. Transports you to another era. Cocktails are fancy, delish and EXPENSIVE. He ordered something he's into right now, forget the name. He was even stunned at the $26 tag after the fact. The appetizers we had also tasty. It was worth it for the experience. Don't miss it if you like vintage elegance. Timeless!

Lobby and first floor are gorgeous… but that’s where it ends. For the price…. Cleanliness was a disappointment. A bundle of dirty sheets were outside our room for two days. When we call about there being clumps of hair in our shower, we were offered a new room, but with little kids and just getting settled in, we asked for the shower to be cleaned. Housekeeping came… and left, with the hair still in the shower. The bathroom fan was loud, to the point we didn’t use it. Also, beware of the hot tub. The whole pool area was extremely humid, with dirty water spots, and the hot tub was too hot to use. I’ve stayed at other Davenport properties, but this one was a big disappointment.

First time visiting Spokane and I booked the Davenport Hotel Autograph. It is a bit confusing since there are several Davenport’s in downtown. The valets are terrific and friendly, check in was smooth and our corner king on the 10th floor was spacious and clean. The lobby (bar area and restaurant) is vintage and beautiful. The coffee shop was great, the Palm Court Bistro was wonderful at lunch, and the overall stay was delightful. Highly recommend. Easy access to the Falls and restaurants. Great AMC 20 movie theatre 2 blocks away.

The staff is so lovely and accommodating! My brother proposed and so many people pitched in to "make this love story happen." They helped provide small items for decoration and were very supportive. The wait staff at the restaurant were just as kind and patient, letting us place our order a head of time so the food would be ready for us to enjoy after the proposal. Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious! Daniela and Laura are wonderful!!

I spent a weekend at this hotel and is easily one of the nicest experience I've had at a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the overall ambience of the hotel was just classy. Every employee I encountered was helpful and friendly. I experienced two drawbacks; first, the cafe in the hotel is just ok. The coffee is expensive and average. The breakfast sandwiches were too expensive. That said, I'd 100% recommend this place and will stay again the next time I'm in town. One thing to keep in mind is that there are multiple Davenports downtown. Make sure you look for the Historic.
