Great place to stay downtown Spokane for a family. Rooms are spacious and clean. Right on the river and walking path. Green happy hour and breakfast make the stay even better! Check in was easy and staff was super friendly. We will definitely stay again!

The receptionists were great, the male receptiontiost who checked us in ( can't remember the name) and later Cynthia. The check in process was smooth and pleasant. The complimentary drink and snacks were a pleasant surprise and nice to be had after a long day on the road. The location was good as it was close to I-90, but the road next to the hotel was super loud, with loud exhaust cars zipping by till late at night. Our room was nice but it was right next to the elevator on the first floor, we could hear the elevator rumbling in the wall till late at night and loud hotel guests in the lobby. The shower in the room had low pressure. The ambiance of the hotel was really nice, everything worked ok. The breakfast was really good and handy, as we had to be on the road right after.

Fantastic location along the river directly on the Centennial Trail. The hotel allowed us to store our bikes in a secure room so that they would not have to left out all night. They have a free social hour thing downstairs where you can have a cocktail , wine or beer and a bite to eat. In the morning there is free breakfast that was pretty substantial. All staff I interacted with were great! ( Thanks Ben & Riley!) we weren’t able to book a balcony room but Ben found one with a partial view of the river and that was really nice. My only issue is that the vanity sink is in the main bedroom area and not in the bathroom but that’s just my personal preference.

Rooms were clean and modern. The hotel was nice and quiet and we are right at the river with a beautiful view. Dinner and breakfast were great. I really want to highlight the staff they have here! Every single staff member we’ve interacted with has been so kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Specifically the front desk clerk (Dea?), the bartender on 6/1, and the chef who made breakfast on 6/2 deserve a lot of recognition for their great service and hospitality! This was our first time here, and our daughter’s first time at a hotel, and it was so easy and seamless, we will definitely be returning whenever we visit Spokane. Thank you!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The flower pots were lovely at the entrance and in the patio. Despite the hotel getting older it seems to be kept up pretty good. The mattress on the sofa sleeper wasn’t comfortable. The breakfast had plenty to offer. The last morning (Memorial Day) the bistro struggled with keeping food filled and maybe it was due to not enough help. From speaking to housekeeping, front desk, maintenance and bistro employees, it was clear Oxford Suites Spokane has a hardworking staff. I hope they are compensated for their service. Treat them to bagels, smoothies, gift cards etc. Gratitude goes along way with employees. Thank you again

I have visited Spokane many times the last few years as my daughter attends Gonzaga University. Staying at Oxford Suites by far has been the best experience! From check in with friendly and welcoming staff to the amazing breakfast spread that is included with each day if your stay- for everyone who is staying in the room. We also received free drink vouchers for each of us. The room was wonderful with a mini fridge and microwave and everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and had a great chance to relax. They have a sauna, steamroom and a pool as well. Excellent stay and I will definitely be returning!

I thought the rooms were nice, but my parents had their own opinions about it, so I left a star out. The view outside my window was nice, and overall, the stay was enjoyable. I do wish the hot tub was a bit hotter, along with the pool being warmer. The location was very nice, as you can walk across the street to get something to eat or go shopping if you really wanted to. They do have breakfast, and I found the food to be very enjoyable. As well as other small complementary things that tack on to the lovely stay. Overall, good experience for me.

We rented a two bedroom suite for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The hotel went the extra mile and put some goodies in the room for her. Made the stay a little extra special. Location is great! We were able to walk all the way into riverfront park and back with ease. We were by the stairs so was a little noisy but honestly not bad at all. The room was clean and the two bedrooms was clutch for a kids sleepover! 10/10 Would stay again!

My son and I came into town for an event at the local arena and decided to stay here for a few reasons- the high reviews, location to said event, and airport shuttle. There’s a reason why the reviews are so high! The hotel is right by the river, walking distance to all the things we wanted to see while in town, the complementary breakfast is phenomenal, and the spacious rooms are all reasons for the high reviews. The employees are helpful and friendly and patient with all my questions. My only complaint is that there wasn’t much information on their website about the shuttle other than they offer one. When I called them for pick up and informed me it would be a $20 fee. I found out later, this was a fairly new charge that only begun a week or two before our arrival. Ok- no biggie when I’m at the airport in need of a ride lol but it would’ve been a nice heads up since I travel on a tight budget. A ride back was also another $20 but this wasn’t enough issue for me to change my mind on our wonderful stay here. A bonus was the wonderful hot tub and heated pool! If I ever come back to Spokane, this will be my place to stay!

Had a quick one night work trip in Spokane and stayed at Oxford. The entire process was a dream thanks to Dea! She made check-in so easy, was super friendly, and just a gem. The rooms were super clean, comfy beds, and close to everything. There’s a lovely trail right next to the hotel which was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back again.
