We rented a two bedroom suite for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The hotel went the extra mile and put some goodies in the room for her. Made the stay a little extra special. Location is great! We were able to walk all the way into riverfront park and back with ease. We were by the stairs so was a little noisy but honestly not bad at all. The room was clean and the two bedrooms was clutch for a kids sleepover! 10/10 Would stay again!

My son and I came into town for an event at the local arena and decided to stay here for a few reasons- the high reviews, location to said event, and airport shuttle. There’s a reason why the reviews are so high! The hotel is right by the river, walking distance to all the things we wanted to see while in town, the complementary breakfast is phenomenal, and the spacious rooms are all reasons for the high reviews. The employees are helpful and friendly and patient with all my questions. My only complaint is that there wasn’t much information on their website about the shuttle other than they offer one. When I called them for pick up and informed me it would be a $20 fee. I found out later, this was a fairly new charge that only begun a week or two before our arrival. Ok- no biggie when I’m at the airport in need of a ride lol but it would’ve been a nice heads up since I travel on a tight budget. A ride back was also another $20 but this wasn’t enough issue for me to change my mind on our wonderful stay here. A bonus was the wonderful hot tub and heated pool! If I ever come back to Spokane, this will be my place to stay!

Had a quick one night work trip in Spokane and stayed at Oxford. The entire process was a dream thanks to Dea! She made check-in so easy, was super friendly, and just a gem. The rooms were super clean, comfy beds, and close to everything. There’s a lovely trail right next to the hotel which was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back again.

1. The floors are so thin that you can hear every single step the person living above you takes. We had to listen to people move around (felt like they were running) till past 11 o clock 3 nights in a row. 2. Breakfast was cheap motel quality. My kids didn’t eat more than 2 spoonfuls on any day and we had to do breakfast from outside, 3. Even though our archery team had booked multiple rooms here and the archers had to leave the hotel at 6, there were no accommodations to provide anything before that. (Didn’t make a difference to us as our kids couldn’t eat anything anyways-they have no dietary restrictions but the taste and lack of choices made it unappetizing). 4. The first day my kid mentioned the bathroom being stinky (before he used it) and I didn’t pay any attention to it. But the next morning when I was the first person to go to the bathroom, I noticed the stink too. Not sure from where the smell was wafting and why it disappears and reappears at times. 5. No luggage racks in room 6. There were 2 tvs (one in each of the adjoining room) but neither was a smart tv. Thankfully my husband had a cable to connect to his phone to play Netflix. Couldn’t connect Nintendo though. 7. I couldn’t find my moisturizer so took a little of the hotel bottle and I haven’t smelt a stinkier and rotten moisturizer in my life! Had to spend many minutes washing the smell off of me. 8. We’d paid extra fees for late checkout on the last day but our keys still stopped working after 11. Pros: 1. Big room, comfy beds and pillows. Lighting could be better but is fairly ok. 2. Cleaning staff is friendly. 3. Elevator was fast. 4. Location was awesome as the riverside walk is just gorgeous!

I have a mixed review. Overall a good experience but could definitely have been better in some areas. Our room was nice and big and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom should have been cleaned better though. The pool and hot tub were nice but the chlorine was way too much. It burned all of our skin. The sauna would not heat up and the steam room was steamy but not warm at all. The staff that we encountered were great and very helpful! The breakfast buffet was okay but nothing special. It would be nice to have a few more options. We would stay here again as the positives out weighed the negative things.

Our second time staying at the Oxford Suites. We love this hotel! My 2 girls and I do a local staycation every year and this is our favorite place to stay! Great location, rooms, breakfast! Love the pool area! We don’t have any complaints. Will be back next Christmas break! Hopefully for two nights next time! Thank you!

The suites were super nice and clean. The staff was great and the breakfast was good! We enjoyed the free drinks also with each night of our stay.

We stayed for four days and enjoyed the hotel. You can tell the rooms have been renovated. They are spacious and beautiful, however, the AC was so noisy that we had to turn it off to sleep during the night. Breakfast was good but limited, especially if you don’t arrive very early. One morning we arrived after a big group and there was almost nothing left. Internet was okay but not enough if you need it for conference calls. They have a shuttle for the airport which was good. There is a beautiful river walk just outside the hotel.

We were so happy with our stay here! We all got a free drink when we checked in (even our kid who got a juice!) The king room with sleeper sofa was bigger than I expected. The hot breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious! It's also right along a path by the river that takes you over a pedestrian bridge to a great park, though unfortunately the playground was closed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. It was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had!

We had a wonderful stay here. Easily located off the highway. Wonderful employees, clean room and quiet hallways, comfy pillows. From the parking lot to the room I felt very safe staying here. Breakfast in the morning was made with a chef, real eggs, fresh cut potatoes, sausage, pancakes. So many options to chooses from. I appreciate the fresh hot coffee all hours of the day, bar staff was amazing. This hotel really is top notch and hands down one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.
