Charlye managing the front desk welcomed me with so much hospitality, care, and true concern to make sure my entire stay would be perfect. She is remarkable and a light for all of us guests! I will come back just because she made me feel so cared for!

This hotel was very nice. It is up on a hill overlooking the downtown area. It's very centrally located to the Riverfront. I had a king suite and it was very spacious. You hear very little, if any, road noise. The employees were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast and free cookies. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed on 1/14/26, at 2am I was woke up my my neighbors yelling. Not sure what was going on. I text the front desk as I wasnt sure what was going on and since they had signs saying how bad theft and crime was in Spokan I didnt want to go wondering around at 2am. The front desk never responded, so I eventually left around 2:30am knowing I wasn't going to get anymore sleep. I contacted customer support. They contacted the hotel, the hotel said they did get my text but were busy helping other guests. So apparently they did not have a single spare moment in the 5 hours between the time I text and contacted customer service. I was told I would get my points refunded but that had yet to be done. The hotel wasn't even close to full, not sure why you would but people right next to each other. Very disappointed in this IHG property, there customer service and how they handled situations. I did try and call the hotel directly, but a manager conveniently is never available.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The free breakfast was great and our daughter loved the free nightly cookies and milk. It was also great to have a room that opens to the reserved parking spot right in front of the door.

Went to see a play in town recently, so it was really convenient to have only a 5 minute trip back to the room. It was quite close to many food options. My husband booked us the Gonzaga suite. 2 tvs, a comfortable bed, and multiple chairs around the second TV. The shower is quite large; more than enough room for two. There is a lip (~3 in.) into the shower, so be aware of that if you have mobility limitations. It does have a seat built in, but I'd recommend throwing a small towel down because it is cold tile. All around a lovely stay. Thank you, Maria for doing such a good job cleaning the room!

A wonderful experience!! The architecture of the hotel is quite impressive and everything is just lovely there. Special thanks to Paul who has made my stay in Spokane more joyful than ever!! He is so so kind and funny!

Great hotel location. Walking distance to Spokane Arena and other nearby venues for events. On a hill so there are some decent views. Hotel looks cool from the outside, though the rooms are pretty standard for Holiday Inn Express (but clean and well maintained). Parking is easy and free. Car access is easy via Division St. Breakfast is typical for the brand. Didn't have any complaints here, would definitely stay again.

This is one of the beste „value for money“ experiences I had in a long time! All the staff are super friendly, the room was spacious, newly renovated shower, a really good bed, even a small balcony. The location is great to explore Spokane by foot. Before you go to bed you can even grab home made cookies ? & milk?- how sweet! And the next morning you get a REAL breakfast with so many items, you can’t eat them all. Plus I really like the „chateau style“ of the building ? A really great place to stay if you’re traveling through Spokane!

Very cool hotel. Dog friendly. Ground floor rooms have access to a mini dog park basically. This should be standard at every dog friendly hotel. Lush green grass and a doggy waste station. Amazing views too! Comfy bed and bedding! Treats from the housekeeping staff. I only have minor complaints about the bathroom, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Nice hotel.

We stopped here for a quick over night to rest in-between travels. This Holiday Inn Express had the NICEST staff i have ever encountered. We stayed September 3rd into September 4th. Every staff member i came in contact with was so welcoming. there was a lovely member who was taking care of breakfast. she was a doll. Very nice and it was clear she respected her job and strives to do it well. the house keeper Nadia had our room so clean when we arrived, she even left a towel teddy on the bed. Everything was wonderful, if you are looking for a nice clean place to rest with staff who care, this is the place for you :)
