They offer a fantastic hot buffet with a variety that actually impressed me. The highlight? They even featured hollandaise sauce for a custom eggs benedict vibe—a touch of luxury you just don’t see at this price point! ?Warm & Welcoming Staff: From the moment I checked in, the team made me feel like a VIP. Bed was firm. Our room was facing the road. It had some traffic noise. I was not charged to park in their lot, as I read I would on some site. Next stay I would ask for a room on the other side of building. Easy walk to restaurants, the theater and Riverfront park!

I had a great experience at the Best Western Plus City Center. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to check in and out of. What really stood out was the customer service. I accidentally left my iPad in my room and didn’t realize until I was already at my track meet at The Podium. I called the hotel hoping they might be able to help, and the owner/manager personally drove it over to me so I could film my team in time. She was incredibly kind and even refused to take money when I offered. I really appreciated how helpful and straightforward she was about the whole situation. I’m very grateful and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Spokane.

I love this hotel! There are many options to stay at but nothing like the warm welcome we received here! I can tell the owners are very aware of a perfect stay because as soon as I walked in I felt like they already knew me! I’ll be back more because of the joy and comfort I felt and the location and BW staff gave me! The room was super amazing too!

Great hotel, for downtown, it is the only thing that isn't a no tell motel nor the multi-hundred dollar options. Nick F made our stay amazing, I wish customer service like that existed everywhere. We will continue to stay there for all of our Spokane needs.

Bed was comfortable however it was extremely basic. Not much at all. Make sure you bring all you toiletries, don't count on anything being supplied. Also not much of a breakfast.

The hotel was clean, very nice atmosphere, free breakfast. When I made my reservation the receptionist messed it up. I was supposed to come in on Sunday night after work and stay until Wednesday. When I got there Sunday night my reservation was not right. When I spoke to the manager Meredith she was not helpful at all and was very rude about my concerns. I was quoted a cost for my stay and that is the amount I had set aside. I had to rearrange some finances and put off paying another bill so I could pay for the mistake made by the front desk. I will never stay at this place again.

We have been staying here for the past 5 years. It is the perfect location for any downtown event. Within walking distance of the arena, riverfront park, convention center, etc. Great restaurants close by. The staff was wonderful!

I would have given the hotel 5 stars if the coffee maker in the room wasn't gross. The rooms are very nice and well kept. They had good soap and in the bathrooms and clean toweIs. I also really like the evening front desk guy, he was very nice.

Good location, close to many things including great food. Service was phenomenal. I wish I had grabbed the guys name that checked us in so I could give a personal shout out because he was so great. Speedy check in, gave great info including the best spot to take our dog since we were traveling with a pet, and full options for parking. Only slight mark down was for the room. Nice spacious room, good design, comfortable beds, clean linens. However it would seem the previous guests dog had an issue while here and it didn't get cleaned up well. Carpets need to be cleaned. We did not say anything to the front desk, there wasn't really an odor and we were tired from traveling. I'm confident they would have provided a new room had we asked.
