The rooms are greatv and service are always exceptional. I couldn't decide if I should put a 3 or 4 for location. It's perfect when going to the theatre or just walking around downtown. However, the street noise is terrible at night. That's not the fault of the hotel itself, I realize, but it had bothered me a few times.

We had a really great stay. The location is excellent, very centrally situated, so it was easy to get almost everywhere we needed to go in the downtown area. One of the best parts of the stay was how convenient everything was. We were able to walk to the mall, nearby parks, and other spots without any hassle. We just left our vehicle parked safely at the hotel and comfortably walked around most of the time, which made the trip even more relaxing and stress-free. The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept, and the price is reasonable for what you get. Parking felt safe and secure the entire time, which was a big plus. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can really feel that they care about guests and want to make sure everything goes smoothly.

I had such a great stay at Best Western. The place was really clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious, you definitely get your money’s worth here. What made the experience even better was the staff. Bela at the front desk and Manager Nick were both amazing, so welcoming and kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. That kind of service really makes a difference. I also loved the little extras, like the freshly baked cookies in the evening and free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was really good too, esp. the hot meals, it felt like a nice bonus to start the day. The colorful trees around the property gave it such a calm, cozy vibe. Parking felt safe as well since it’s set a bit away from the road, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back!

Bed was firm. Our room was facing the road. It had some traffic noise. I was not charged to park in their lot, as I read I would on some site. Next stay I would ask for a room on the other side of building. Easy walk to restaurants, the theater and Riverfront park!

I had a great experience at the Best Western Plus City Center. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to check in and out of. What really stood out was the customer service. I accidentally left my iPad in my room and didn’t realize until I was already at my track meet at The Podium. I called the hotel hoping they might be able to help, and the owner/manager personally drove it over to me so I could film my team in time. She was incredibly kind and even refused to take money when I offered. I really appreciated how helpful and straightforward she was about the whole situation. I’m very grateful and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Spokane.

I love this hotel! There are many options to stay at but nothing like the warm welcome we received here! I can tell the owners are very aware of a perfect stay because as soon as I walked in I felt like they already knew me! I’ll be back more because of the joy and comfort I felt and the location and BW staff gave me! The room was super amazing too!

Great hotel, for downtown, it is the only thing that isn't a no tell motel nor the multi-hundred dollar options. Nick F made our stay amazing, I wish customer service like that existed everywhere. We will continue to stay there for all of our Spokane needs.

Bed was comfortable however it was extremely basic. Not much at all. Make sure you bring all you toiletries, don't count on anything being supplied. Also not much of a breakfast.
