I stay at this place at least once a week 7mos out of the year. Its awesome! And they are very welcoming to my little doggie. Bailey is the front desk person, and after 4years of staying at this hotel she is by far one of my fave people. She gives the kind of CS we just dont see anymore. Its why I keep coming back here.

I usually don't pick Hampton Inn 1st. I was so pleased to have to revisit my biased opinion. Definitely at a Hilton standard. Friendly service great rooms and daily room service as if my Mom was there.

I would give the rooms 5 stars but they are standard, but very clean and modern. The breakfast eating/ social area is beautiful. I had no idea that this hotel was so new and so beautiful. They have a wonderfully stocked store area in case you see something you would like and do not want to leave the hotel to have. Its all very inviting! The service has been especially good. All the front desk staff are very cordial and even when we needed to change rooms exceptionally accommodating. We are here because of a hospital stay for my husband's Mom and the proximity to the hospital is a huge reason we booked here. They are very flexible on extending the stay for us as we dont know how long Mom will be here. After staying in the city side of this hotel I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view of the city. Excellent staff, and beautiful hotel all the way around. Lots of breakfast choices included with your stay as well. Well done.

Spent a week here while a loved one was in the hospital. Every staff I interacted with was friendly, quick with a smile and amending reservation dates with a quick message. The breakfast was plentiful, hot and the whole area was clean. My only request would be to offer a medium or light roast in addition to the dark roast coffee.

Great place to stay! We had a corner room with a great view of the city at night. Very clean, staff was super helpful and friendly, nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent, and I felt like the kitchen staff went out of their way to make sure it was positive for me and my kods. My kiddos loved it as well!

Spent 4 nights in Dec 2025 and the complete experience of this hotel was top notch. My wife was hospitalized in Sacred Heart during this stay and I truly could'nt have stayed at a better hotel. Clean hotel throughout, beautiful rooms, polite and accomodating employees, excellent amenities, beautiful lobby and dining area, 24 hr pool, jacuzzi, gym and computer work stations.

We arrived at 3am almost and Keith (host at 3am Dec. 6. 2025) was a ray of sunshine greeting my fiance. Very kind, attentive, and super helpful when checking us in and guiding us through the parking process. He even had a dental kit ready to go for us once we finished checking in!! Our suite was clean and ready to greet us after a long drive. The pillows were super comfortable and the room's temperature was perfect. In the morning Kim made us the best scrambled eggs we've had in a while because the main egg course had cheese and I couldn't have that. The breakfast bar was super clean- and thats because Kim kept a watchful eye on it!! We are very happy with our stay. Thank you for the rest??

My family experienced a house fire and stayed at this hotel for almost a month. Our stay there was nothing short of amazing. Every person that works there was absolutely amazing! When I say everyone I mean everyone! The front desk staff were always kind, helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff loved to say hi to us and give my kids crayons and paper. They always offered a cart to bring our food up to the room or a hand to help if needed. The housekeepers always checked in and asked what if we needed anything extra and did a great job cleaning up! I had 3 toddlers so there was always lots of crumbs but they never complained. During this difficult time in our lives I’m so grateful this is where we ended up. You truly have amazing staff at this location.

I had an exceptional experience staying here! Not only was my room immaculately clean, I loved the addition of the barn door from the bathroom to the closet! My bed was very comfortable, the other hotel guests were quiet, and I just felt safe since I traveled here alone! You do have to utilize your key card for their parking garage, which is good. Breakfast was great, and the food was very fresh! The only downside is when you are driving here, from out of town, it gets a little complicated trying to get to the hotel due to traffic. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again when I come to Spokane!

I recently visited Spokane and the Hampton Inn worked out great. The multi-story on-site gated parking was great to not worry about the rental car. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the whole property is well maintained. They have a good sized lobby where you can sit for breakfast and I used the small business center to catchup some work after leaving the office. Breakfast is included, but it’s typical Hampton Inn food that’s just alright.
