3 months agoRoom was clean. Older property in need of upgrading. TV doesn't work. Satellite constantly dropping. Barely usable internet. No breakfast...you get a voucher and have to go across the parking lot to Dennys. Lame. Not a do again and I'm diamond BW member.

3 months agoStayed the night before our trip and left our car. The shuttle took us to the airport. A week later, the shuttle picked plus up. The whole process was easy and $5 per day for the parking spot.

3 months agoCameron at the front desk went above and beyond normal service. Very courteous, got me in a ideal room first floor and long-term parking everything seamless. This hotel hires good staff. You won't be disappointed!

6 months agoI stayed here once with my cousin. We both got very drunk here together on a good bottle of Mezcal. I got so drunk I had alcohol poisoning the spins. The toilet didn't like me there cause I ended up puking a bunch. They have a real nice pool and hot tube.

6 months agoClean rooms and lovely lobby. Cameron helped out with a possible problem and turned around into a great experience. Young and attentive staff. Good job at hiring a gem Best Western. Keep up the good work.

6 months agoI was excited to try this hotel. Room was nice but the staff definitely does not go the extra mile for their guests. Crystalee made things very uncomfortable and was very unkind. I struggled with my online reservation, being that I went through a third party app. The app wouldn’t allow me to add my children to the stay. So when I arrived and they noticed I had children with me they refused to give us the complimentary breakfast. Said I had one person on my ticket and that’s all they were going to serve. Why would I rent a two bed hotel for one person? I paid almost 200 dollars for a simple single night. It was my daughter’s birthday and it was ruined. The least they could’ve done was be courteous and allow us to have the vouchers for breakfast. I will not be staying here and will not recommend this hotel to any family or friends.

7 months agoGreat location off HWY 90 - close to airport and short drive to downtown Spokane. Friendly staff, clean rooms with zero off-putting smells, plenty of parking, hvac works, hot water, HD tvs, good wi-fi, and the breakfast voucher option to Denny’s next door is great (many options). Good value BW. Special THANK YOU shout out to Crystalee (check-in), Anthony (check-out), and Lorena (housekeeping). It was a hassle-free stay. Keep up the good work!

9 months agoHad a good stay at the Best Western near the airport. The hotel was in good condition and laid out well. Checkin was easy enough through text, though the QR code reader that was needed at the kiosk to print our room cards was a bit tricky. The mattress was not great. The biggest disappointment was that they advertise breakfast, but they don't have hot food on-site, they partner with the Denny's next door. I went to the front desk to get the voucher for breakfast, and they wouldn't give it to me, because it was 5 minutes after the published breakfast time. I would understand if they were serving the breakfast themselves. They can't be expected to keep food available all morning. But its a voucher for a restaurant that has food available 24/7. My fault, I suppose. But I won't stay there again.

11 months agoVery clean hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Updated, very nice rooms. Staff was friendly, though they weren't specific in their explanation of breakfast, which caused us to miss it. Just make sure you pick up your Denny's voucher well before 10am because Denny's won't take them after 10.
