about 2 months agoElizabeth left our room nice and clean. After a long trip, it was great to be able to focus solely on resting. I appreciated the little store inside the lobby that sold toothbrushes as I forgot to pack mine. The breakfast vouchers were awesome too! We will be staying there again if need be.

2 months agoLeticia made sure the room was very clean! We came from a voucher from the air port that said our room would be $89, but we ended up spending $108. Not necessarily complaining, just letting others know. But these rooms are so cute and smell so good, thank you Leticia!!

3 months agoMy room was extremely clean room. Thank you, Elizabeth! Shiny tub to sink. Very comfy mattress and various size pillows for extra comfort. Great place to leave your car and catch the BW shuttle to the airport. Seamless. Great care and customer service from front desk help to shuttle driver.

3 months ago1st of all Kaitlin and Alana we so kind last night. Helped me even after I lost my hotel keys from the front desk to my car to grab my bags and during that time they disappeared. They we very friendly, fast , and thourogh. Thanks to them both. Then Leticia had a spotless room for me and was very sweet when I had forgotten when check out was, so I wanted her to know she is amazing as well. Thanks

3 months agoWe were going to walk to airport . Glad we didn't. Hotel arranged a shuttle for us at 3am .Very appreciative. The to go sandwich for breakfast was surprisingly fresh and tasty . Dennys for dinner was as expected..staff very friendly and helpful. Room was sparkling clean and quiet. I was surprised they had technology to use my own Netflix on the TV set and I could figure it out ! We parked car there for a week for a reasonable price . Thankyou !

5 months agoRoom was clean. Older property in need of upgrading. TV doesn't work. Satellite constantly dropping. Barely usable internet. No breakfast...you get a voucher and have to go across the parking lot to Dennys. Lame. Not a do again and I'm diamond BW member.

5 months agoStayed the night before our trip and left our car. The shuttle took us to the airport. A week later, the shuttle picked plus up. The whole process was easy and $5 per day for the parking spot.

5 months agoCameron at the front desk went above and beyond normal service. Very courteous, got me in a ideal room first floor and long-term parking everything seamless. This hotel hires good staff. You won't be disappointed!

8 months agoI stayed here once with my cousin. We both got very drunk here together on a good bottle of Mezcal. I got so drunk I had alcohol poisoning the spins. The toilet didn't like me there cause I ended up puking a bunch. They have a real nice pool and hot tube.

8 months agoClean rooms and lovely lobby. Cameron helped out with a possible problem and turned around into a great experience. Young and attentive staff. Good job at hiring a gem Best Western. Keep up the good work.
