Got there Tuesday, checked out Friday and no housekeeping services were done at all. Called the front desk and the guy said he "didn't know." The girl working overnight is extremely rude. She completely ignored me when I tried to get her attention. Great location by the airport but the staff here sucks! They need some serious training on customer service. It feels like they're forced to be there.
Great size king rooms. Very nice gym, pool, hot tub. Rooms are quiet. Only downside is a fairly narrow shower, but otherwise would definitely stay here again.
While checking in Jerimyah was just awesome! We were having a day, but he kept our spirits up! Made us smile and laugh:) Was very informative of what to expect for our room, the amenities and the shuttle in the morning. Such an amazing human! After we got checked into our room we came down to grab a night cap and Jennifer was just the sweetest!:) Such an amazing place to stay. Thanks team, you made our night! We will always come back here before our early morning flights:)

For those 5am flights ut of Spokane this place can’t be beat. Helpful professional staff from desk to bar to kitchen or dining to the shuttle driver, everyone willing to serve. Bar & kitchen good food even at closing. So good we booked our return from Washington wine tour.
This place was a God -sent after a hard day of travel. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The shuttle driver, David, asked nice questions and insisted on getting our bags and opening our doors. Cameron at the counter was so thorough and kind. Tim, at the restaurant was an excellent server and made sure we had every need met. Super clean too. Thank you!
EDIT: I got a call (and email) from this Hotel, not Hilton, but this Hotel themselves to make this right. Britney, AGM, thanks for making this right in spite of Hilton Corporate. They rebooked me for a future trip and (as a bonus) fixed my preferred name for the reservation ? I'll be seeing these fine folks twice in July. Original Review: Rooms are fine. Hilton Corporate doesn't allow for customer service anymore. Avoid Hilton properties. The corporate shill that responded doesn't even get my name right. And no, there hasn't been a positive outcome from the Hilton side yet. Hilton technology leaves something to be desired. The online booking system will frequently swap dates on me forcing me to call Hilton to attempt to get a refund or a rescheduled reservation on the dates I actually need. Rates are non refundable for no reason other than vibes. They refused to fix the dates or refund the mistake after I called literally immediately after realizing. I've stayed here multiple times (5+ nights last year alone) with no issues but I guess it's time to try a different spot. Would give a zero for service if possible. I'll never stay at another Hilton property. As stated earlier, I stay at this and other Hilton properties over 10x a year or at least I used to, Marriott or Wyndham will get a chance now. Edit: Oh, and this was booked directly through the Hilton website. So the response doesn't even understand their own system. Priceline wasn't involved at all.
Booked room. Charged $165 service fee. I Cancelled the room 2 days prior to check in Hilton still chared me $270. "cancellation fee/ service fee" when I called there is nothing they could do about that $230! REDUCULOUS! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!
Great one stop shop. Rooms were awesome. Clean, modern and plenty of power. On-site bar and restaurant. Couldn't be happier.
