Hilton Garden Inn is always our choice of hotels! Excellent room & service. Even more impressed by the young waitress Sunday morning on 6/14 at breakfast. She was really busy & handling everything with a smile & such kindness while working pretty much by herself. Very impressed with her calmness in getting everyone taken care of. That's a rarity these days. Please acknowledge her for that. So deserving!

Rooms lack cleanliness. Bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned. There were boogers(?) or some other disgusting thing dried to the faucet in the shower, hair all over, and a yellow stained shower curtain. The toilet also looked as though it had not been cleaned. The mirror still had small hand prints on it, indicating it had not been wiped. The bathroom floor had some sort of dried toilet paper or tissue. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely sold out so moving to another room was not an option. The front desk did offer a credit and complimentary breakfast but the serious lack of cleanliness was a huge disappointment.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone traveling through GEG. The location is perfect—it is incredibly close to the airport, which takes all the stress out of catching an early flight. Their complimentary airport shuttle is highly efficient, prompt, and runs smoothly, making airport transfers a breeze. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional service; the staff members are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you check in. Additionally, the downstairs dining options at 2West Bar & Grill are fantastic. Having great food available right on-site means you don't have to worry about leaving the property after a long day of traveling. Whether you are grabbing a made-to-order breakfast before a flight or winding down with dinner, it’s an incredibly convenient and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

Booked this location due to proximity of airport and reviews. Room smelled really musty and of mildew. Bathroom tub had what looked to be urine in corner of tub (see photo). I went down to desk to report. Front Desk agent was apologetic. Offered to have housekeeping come up to take care of. Wish I would have just requested to change rooms. Minutes later, Housekeeper showed up and cleaned up bathtub. Strong bleach cleaner had us leave room for a couple of hours. Day two, room still musty. Bothered my husband who has asthma (allergies to dust and mold) Stopped by front desk inquiring about an air cleaner. Was told there wasnt anything. Sent up housekeeping who offered to spray lysol. Declined it because we didnt want to be overpowered by more strong chemical smells. We opened window let fresh air. It helped but only for a short time. Lastly, pillows are awful. All staff we encountered were very pleasant, including the restaurant at breakfast.

As I lay here at 4am trying to sleep I'm regretting my choice of hotel. First, the staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good, good is good, staff is great. The issue is the room. It is clean and decorated well but it's not comfortable. The bed is hard so it's been difficult to get comfortable. The very bright lights on what I assume to be the smoke detector, keep the room lit up at night so you sleep in a constant glow not great for sleeping. Not looking forward to my long drive tomorrow after barely getting sleep. Ugh .

Got there Tuesday, checked out Friday and no housekeeping services were done at all. Called the front desk and the guy said he "didn't know." The girl working overnight is extremely rude. She completely ignored me when I tried to get her attention. Great location by the airport but the staff here sucks! They need some serious training on customer service. It feels like they're forced to be there.

Great size king rooms. Very nice gym, pool, hot tub. Rooms are quiet. Only downside is a fairly narrow shower, but otherwise would definitely stay here again.

While checking in Jerimyah was just awesome! We were having a day, but he kept our spirits up! Made us smile and laugh:) Was very informative of what to expect for our room, the amenities and the shuttle in the morning. Such an amazing human! After we got checked into our room we came down to grab a night cap and Jennifer was just the sweetest!:) Such an amazing place to stay. Thanks team, you made our night! We will always come back here before our early morning flights:)

Great stay for me from start to finish. Friendly staff, reliable airport shuttle, several food options around hotel and provided early check in/late checkout. I would stay here again.
