I stay here for work and live this place. Breakfast is decent, there's always hot, and in the evening there's complimentary soup and dinnertime cookies as well for those of us with a sweet tooth. I think the best part, is the friendliness at the front desk.

Very pleasant stay for a night while returning from a road trip. Ended up staying last summer - pool and hot tub area were clean, room was comfortable, main lobby was nice and staff were friendly. Booked through a third party and was surprisingly cheap for the time of year. Right off I-90, convenient and quiet location.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a warm & friendly front desk clerk. She explained everything, from the Tomato Bisque been served in the dining room to fresh baked cookies in the evening & breakfast in the morning. My daughter asked about the airport shuttle, which was the main reason for our visit. I was truly impressed on how quiet this location was, never heard air traffic/highway traffic. Extended pool hours was a nice surprise & the full breakfast was also appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed twice at this location, each a week at a time for my job. They rooms are extremely spacious, clean and well maintained by room cleaning service. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The staff have always been accommodating and polite. There is a mini grocery store with food and beverages. There is a bar there, swimming pool and hot tub both have assisted entry chair for people in wheel chairs. Lots of parking and a complete delicious breakfast, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage, potatos, fruit, apple juice or orange, protein bars, scones, coffee every morning and mon, wed, fri, they have soup starting around 5pm. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the Spokane are or Cheney area or just stopping off from the highway to stay the night.

We love this place and chose it if we need to stay in Spokane. Close to the airport and the every staff member we've had the privilege to meet has been so friendly. There's a cute little bar in the hotel and it's called The Bar . Fun little place! I highly recommend!

?????????? We had such a great experience staying at the Sleep Inn Spokane Airport! The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A huge shoutout to Katie Pirtle for helping us with our room — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell she cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend staying here and asking for Katie if you can — she’s amazing! Oh and dog friendly just love it

Would definitely recommend. Noel was amazing and made it feel more like home. She made cookies for guests every night she worked and is a professional at her job. She goes above and beyond to be welcoming to everyone. Every member was very friendly and the shuttle was definitely helpful. If they don't have shuttle available they get you an Uber. Fairly quiet area. My only complaint would be the housekeeping. Even though requested no one even touched my room. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels

Front desk defines hospitality. Has bar but closes early (10pm). Good, mini convenience store offerings on-site. Has pool and spa but didn't use; like late private hours for adults. Beds and pillows exceptional! Nice, large flat screen with ample choices (this is a Choice Hotel btw). Typical free breakfast offerings but this one above most. Has one charging outlet; could use more. There's a sister property right next door that is also very good. Denny's within walking distance that also has a bar. Convenient location just off interstate and on airport. I shop many hotels; this one's an excellent value.

Outstanding hospitality! Clean hotel, Safe location and outstanding service. Noel at the front desk was very helpful and kind. At check in she noticed my daughter was very tired and fussy from traveling she gave her some crayons and a coloring book and other little items to keep her busy in our room. Best room staff and hotel staff by far in the Spokane area. Friendliest people. Breakfast was amazing. Eggs biscuits and gravy waffles toast orange juice and more.

Beautiful hotel. Everything looks new, or built within the last year. Service from everybody was great. The breakfast bar was fantastic! I did not have an opportunity to visit the pool. Or the fitness area. There's also a small bar inside the hotel. ? Only two complaints. First, they stuff too many sheets in the washing machine at once to clean. Because they have that smell like they're not really clean. If you've ever put too many clothes in the washing machine at once you know what I mean. Second, there is literally nothing within walking distance of this hotel. There's a gas station and a denny's restaurant that serves alcohol. And that is it. Nothing else.
