I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the hotel was very clean. The staff deserves a 10 out of 10. Toni at the front desk was especially helpful in scheduling our shuttle service and was an absolute delight to work with. The food was delicious, and the entrées tasted homemade rather than something that came from a freezer. Amber, our waitress, provided excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and quick to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, our experience was superb, and I would gladly stay here again.

This is a great hotel with a big footprint .Awesome for teams and groups .There would be 5 stars across the board buit it is getting a little dated the pool, hot tub and gym could be bigger for the amount of rooms available. Honestly this is a little nit picky . All around good experience and value for your dollars! Great job guys!

After an absolutely harrowing stay at another 3.5 hotel in downtown Spokane, I found Mirabeau Park Hotel an exceptionally accommodating experience at a charming, vintage (built in the 60s, said staff) hotel. The staff is incredibly pleasant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the area has everything you could need right down the road. As a lone traveler, I felt very safe and in good hands at this hotel. I stayed two nights. The second night I switched rooms due to a convention booking the wing I was in. I moved to face the interstate, and though yoy can hear the cars during the day, it is a very trivial thing if you are not a light sleeper since very few people seem to be traveling this particular freeway in the evening in my experience. The only minor criticism I have is that the heat works better in a different wing of the hotel, but it just takes a bit longer to heat in the other wing I stayed in. No big deal! I would definitely stay again without hesitation. Thank you, Mirabeau Hotel!

If you are looking for a nice place to stay that is pet friendly and has awesome customer service, this is your place. The place is a little dated, however, it has big comfortable rooms with a courtyard access. Great pet walking areas with doggie bags available. We had some trouble at check in with our keys and it took them about an hour to fix the issue. The manager was very helpful. I would say the best part of this place is the Max restaurant located inside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent, and the bar is great. I would like to see some security cameras around the place, as there were zero.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional service during my recent stay at the Mirabeau Park Hotel. The interactions I encountered with the checking-in staff at night were very professional and courteous, I wish I could remember their names, I even had the pleasure to meet the hotel manager who also was very professional and courteous as well. I would particularly like to commend Lori, our server at the restaurant, whose outstanding friendliness, kindness, and attentiveness significantly enhanced our breakfast experience.

Always enjoy the mirabeau. Ive never had a bad stay here, the food in the restaurant has never dissapointed. The hVe good happy hours, spent many hours in the outdoor hot tub( wjen its not crowded) & several laps & floats in the pool. The hotel is like a maze when you first go there, you have to your bearings. But its a great place to stay, park your car for the night & relax!! Always affordable also.

Some of the most beautiful sweet people I’ve ever dealt with. The staff made our stay absolutely wonderful. I’ve travelled throughout my life and have never felt so welcomed, truly cared about and a staff that just made a place feel even better than home. I can’t say enough good things about these people and the environment they’ve created. Every single person there was fantastic. Wish I could stay forever. Adore these people, will stay again and bring people just to share the experience.

Moved to this hotel after I found bed bugs in the hotel across the street. Excellent service and they will go out of your way to make sure your comfortable during your stay. Love it and it's surprisingly affordable. They use actual glass cups for water in the room which is nice since one is not wasting paper cups.

Great hotel. Our company has their Christmas party here and they have excellent event rooms that are dressed for the holidays. We can order directly off the menu of their restaurant, MAX, which has exceptional food for awesome prices. Truly not the sort of restaurant you'd expect in a hotel, it's somewhere I go regularly for brunch and dinner. The hotel has a year round heated pool and is independent, making the rooms and grounds really unique and high quality for the price. Would recommend to anyone locally, passing through Spokane or for business events/travel.

Sandra W., the woman who checked us in and looked after us for our two nights day really made us feel welcome. Very classy place that treats its guests so kindly. We also had an amazing waiter at breakfast. He was among the most helpful, most upbeat, and kindest waiters I've had. I don't usually use so many superlatives; it's just an indication of what a great experience we had here.
