about 1 month agoThis Hampton is on the outskirts of Spokane. It definitely is an older property, with some investment made to slightly update the interior. The staff were polite, but not very friendly. The lobby has an older look and feel, while the adjacent breakfast area (while spacious) was just par for food quality and availability of options. The bedrooms are comfortable; again, with some investments made to update. The location is outside Spokane, roughly halfway between the city and the airport; there isnt anything within walking distance.

about 2 months agoThe room was great but i will never be eating the complimentary breakfast here again. I was in the waffle line with my boyfriend and we both personally watched a worker refilling the waffle mix. she was pouring the new mix into the dispenser and she put her ungloved hand in the new mix and poured it straight into her hands then into the dispenser which people used immediately after. Then right after that my boyfriend was grabbing juice and had set his plate down and a different worker glided her whole arm on his plate of food just to grab something off the counter. horrible breakfast service. i do not recommend unless you want to risk getting sick!!

about 2 months agoVery flexible and helpful in an emergency temporary situation due to home flooding. They are amazing. Always a wonderful place to stay, but now it's our families number one! Thank you so much for all of your help, flexibility, and polite hospitality. You can't imagine how much we appreciate this! When I say we, I mean our entire family, including our pet ??

3 months agoOverall a very nice hotel that’s updated and clean! Rooms were also updated, beds were comfortable enough. The breakfast had all your basics and definitely a bonus that it was complimentary. There was a nice pool and fitness center but we didn’t use it. I was going to say it’s actually very quiet too, but we were awoken suddenly at 7:45 am on our last day by housekeeping and then again our door was rattling for 5 minutes at 8:10 am by maintenance fixing the battery! ? but other than annoyance, we didn’t hear other guests nor housekeeping on other days.

4 months agoRooms are newly renovated and clean, not a bad choice for short one or two night stays but I prefer the downtown location. The Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown South Spokane is the best hotel in Spokane in my opinion, and apparently it was awarded the 7th best Hampton Inn and Suites of its size in the world. Personally, this is a close third choice of hotel if the other two are sold out.

5 months agoEnjoyed my stay here, rooms are comfortable and staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to help you with your needs. Pool and spa tub open 24.hrs a day is a big plus. Breakfast was full of variety to accommodate and variety of tastes.

7 months agoI've been to many Hampton inns. This one is unique. The layout is very different and I love it. The pool and hot tub area is huge. The lobby is very cozy with a fireplace and lots of seating. The breakfast area is large and comfortable.
