Northern Quest Resort & Casino offers a luxurious stay just minutes from Spokane, combining modern accommodations with world-class entertainment. Guests can enjoy a lively casino, multiple dining options, and a relaxing spa for the perfect balance of excitement and comfort. Whether visiting for leisure, business, or a night out, the resort delivers a premier Northwest experience.
Northern Quest Resort & Casino functions as a self-contained destination offering extensive gaming, multiple dining options, and family-friendly amenities. However, recent reviews highlight significant operational and behavioral flaws, including severe pest infestations, security incidents, and a concerning lack of compassion for guests during emergencies.
Got a parking ticket for forgetting to put my disabled placard in window. So I called the back of the ticket. The lady told me to fight it and that they are getting flooded with this ticketing to the disabled. Guess they don't value us as customers. They must be really bored or love getting their quota of disabled parking spots. Won't be coming back. You would think they have something better to do than target disabled like the lady on the phone said. Good to know they target the disabled says a lot about them
Northern Quest is a nice place to visit. The machines tend to have a good payout, at least for me. It doesn't have very many card table and only a couple of roulette tables, but it is never overcrowded. I have enjoyed every time I have visited the casino and resort.
The best casino in the Pacific Northwest….generous comps for your play and the RTP from machines are some of the best I’ve ever encountered. Table games roulette, craps, blackjack, and 3card poker are here. The “Cash Game” Poker tables @ the Quest are great too $1-3NLH & Omaha are the games you’ll find when you visit the Poker room @ the Quest. Food is EXCELLENT! Massimo’s Steak House, East Asian restaurant, Epic Restaurant with the amazing big screen TV’s….Burgers, Qudoba Mexican, Coffee & Ben-Jerry’s Ice Cream….Kids Quest playground….nice Shopping, Movie Theater Live shows & great Concerts with headliner acts….Quest is the BEST!
We allways stay here when flying out of Spokane. The valet service and under cover parking are fantastic. The courtesy shuttle is wonderful and so convenient. The staff are allways friendly and super helpful. A special mention to Jim at the Legends bar, who was especially helpful and very knowledgeable.
We stayed the night. Room was nice and clean. Casino has tons of slots, but is smokey due to the amount of players at high times. The restaurants have excellent food. Highly recommend Epic, to keep the cost to eat, down.
Northern Quest Resort & Casino is easily one of the best casino destinations in the Pacific Northwest. The gaming floor is massive with a huge selection of slots and table games, and the atmosphere is clean, modern, and exciting. The resort itself feels upscale — from the hotel rooms to the restaurants and spa. It’s not just a place to gamble; it’s a full weekend getaway. The live entertainment lineup is impressive, and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. If you’re anywhere near Spokane, this is absolutely worth the visit. Northern Quest truly competes with larger destination casinos while maintaining a welcoming local feel. Highly recommend.
Best casino in Spokane tribe ain't got nothing on quest there promotions and how they treat players with smiles and drinks and are very welcoming they even will let u store ur bags or bag so u don't have to carry it they really need a buffet there because fat burger is getting pretty ridiculous with there prices and it ain't that good to be honest and there's so.many hotties there I mean hotties!! The bar is great! The service is exceptional there hotel rooms are pretty great there showers are big enough to fit me and two or three babes!!!!
The northern quest casino is a large assortment of slot machines and right down the center. There's also cards and other games to be played. I've seen people who seem to be celebrating a lot around the card table, so it must be doing well, I know the machines are fair to kind of tight, but we had fun. At 1 point, my guess and I had to go back up to the room for a coffee break and we drank the little bits of coffee. They were in the single cup Keurig and had to call staff for more. This is at 2:30 in the morning ha ha, and they satisfied our request in a very timely fashion and with smiles, so thank you for that..
My wife and I stayed at Northern Quest Resort & Casino last Saturday 1/31/2026 ROOM 628 We both woke up the following days covered in strange, itchy bites that appeared in lines and clusters on our arms, legs, and lower back—classic bed bug patterns. We had no other travel or exposure during our stay—this was the only place we slept. I ran the photos through Grok (AI tool) and it confirmed they match bed bug bites exactly. We have clear, timestamped photos of the bites as evidence. We called the hotel on Tuesday to report the issue and were told they would have professionals inspect the room and call us back. No callback ever came. I called again on Saturday (several days later) to follow up. They claimed the room tested “negative” for bed bugs but refused to provide any details—no inspection report, no method used (visual? dogs? traps?), no date/time, nothing. They wouldn’t share any documentation or escalate to a manager/supervisor. Instead, they told us we had to wait until Monday to talk to the “claims” department. The whole interaction felt completely unprofessional and dismissive. Bed bug inspections can miss low-level infestations, especially without thorough methods, and with two people bitten identically with no other possible source, this doesn’t add up. We’ve been dealing with painful itching, over-the-counter treatments, and ruined peace of mind because of this. We expected better from a 4-star resort—especially with multiple recent similar complaints online about bed bugs here (including confirmed cases on Reddit and bedbugreports.com). At minimum, provide transparency and compensation (refund, credits, etc.) when guests report issues like this. Avoid staying here if you’re concerned about pests—and if you do, check the room thoroughly and document everything. (We have all photos and call records ready if needed.)
Pretty happy with the casino and our stay. I wish the smoking area in the casino was more filtered. The smell is pretty strong. Otherwise, we had a great time. Our room was nice. We will definitely be back.
